Kvadrat Japan will host Only When It Rains… an installation created by Japanese designer Teruhiro Yanagihara from September 25 to November 7, 2025. Over the years, Teruhiro Yanagihara has collaborated with Kvadrat on 3 upholstery textiles: HAKU (2021), AUTUMN (2024), and AME (2024). This installation unfolds around the core themes that underlie last year’s textile launch “AME”—traditional craftsmanship, nature, and sustainability.
