Date-Kan stone is a rare material quarried exclusively in Okurayama. Its inherent sculptural beauty has long captivated many creators. For this exhibition, Yoshisuke Yamada, director of Okurayama Studio, personally selected stones while walking through the mountain, then polished and crafted them into sculptural flower vases. These works will be on display and available for purchase at our showroom, THE GALLERY TOKYO. We invite you to experience firsthand the inner strength and beauty that lie within the stone itself.
